Event Description

KY Fish & Wildlife will be leading a Hook & Cook class at the Jefferson County Cooperative Extension Office! Learn the basics about invasive carp, including where they came from, how to clean them, and how to cook the meat. The class will also include Q&A with a biologist, fish processing, and recipe sampling.
